June 25, 2026: Word is that an appeal of the TMRPA approval of the project is to be appealed with the deadline on July 2, 2026. The 10 member Governing Board of the TMRPA may meet in August to review the project and the approval process. The court case (writ of mandamus) may make it to a judge by then also.
