From Washoe Valley Alliance:

We have received word that 05/28/26 is a firm date for the Regional Planning Commission (TMRPC) to hear the Sierra Reflections issue. This will most likely be heard in the Washoe County Commission Chambers. Exact Time uncertain now but usually evening. The Agenda for a TMRPC meeting is similar to those of Washoe County. Public Comment is scheduled at the start  and end of the meeting. Public comment will also be heard during consideration of the Sierra Reflections agenda item. In all cases public comment is limited to 3 minutes. Speaker forms are required. As in the past we will fill them out in advance and turn them in as a group. The agenda item will start out with a presentation by a planner for the TMRPA. This could be followed by presentations by Washoe County and possibly Sierra Reflections. These presentations are 10 - 15 minutes long. This will be followed by public comment. An Agenda package from TMRPC is usually available one week before the meeting.Public Comments, such as presentations or reports, can be submitted prior to the meeting, starting now, at [email protected]Please note on the submission that the comment is for Sierra Reflections, that you want it to go into the record and that you want each Planning Commissioner to receive a copy. It can be queued up and available to them when you speak. We are still working on presentation issues and format which will have relevance at the meeting. This seems to be a restrictive and confusing area. New presentations may be required. Keep a complete and intact copy of your BCC presentation. This could be required for court proceedings or if the court requires us to go back before the BCC.   Thank you. Hope this provides a little more info,Bill Naylor, SVDRC--
