The 6.94 acre parcel at 285 US 395 South Alternate behind Sol Cannabis in "Old" Washoe City is slated for a large industrial business park. The website for the project says units will be available for lease in 2027.
We've been wondering if the approval and buildout of the 940 home Sierra Reflections development will inspire a commercial real estate and building boom in historic Washoe City. Three other smaller commercial properties are now for sale or lease in the area also.
