Second of four industrial buildings completed at 600 Herz Blvd at the SW corner of Hwy 341 and South Virginia Street.
Building 4 has been completed and houses Amazon's same day delivery warehouse. Buildings 1 and 2 are in the planning stages.
Building 3 is 196,000 square feet and the Amazon building is 145,600 square feet.
Preliminary site plans released by the developer show multi-unit dwelling unit complexes and pads for retail and a gas station.
